Dr. Amanda Weissman was born and raised in Coral Springs, Florida, and attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. She then graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida before completing her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, where she discovered her interest in dermatology.

Dr. Weissman went on to complete her dermatology residency at the University of Oklahoma, where she excelled as Chief Resident. She is dedicated to all aspects of dermatology–medical, surgical and cosmetic–and provides evidence-based, individualized care for patients of all ages. Her clinical expertise includes the management of conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, and other complex inflammatory skin diseases. She also has a strong focus on skin cancer detection and treatment, as well as surgical and cosmetic procedures such as excisions, neurotoxins, soft tissue fillers, and laser therapies.

Committed to advancing her specialty, Dr. Weissman has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented her research at national research conferences. She also values community engagement, having volunteered at free clinics and participated in local skin health screenings.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Weissman enjoys traveling, skiing, reading, exercising and cherishes time with her husband, family, and her dog, Rosie.
