Dr. Meran and the Siperstein Group are great! The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and couldn't be more helpful. Dr. Meran is friendly and I didn't feel rushed. She answered all my questions, and I didn't have to repeat anything I had already given to the technician. I was very impressed with everything about this office, Dr. Meran, the staff and the visit. Some dermatologists push treatments if you ask a cosmetic question - she gave answers and guidance without pushing anything.

I was very scared about coming in. 1) Because I have no insurance my husband was laid off and we lost our insurance. 2) I was afraid I had skin cancer. From the minute I walked in the front door I felt at ease. When Dr Nestor examined me she could see I was apprehensive and scared. Dr N was so kind and caring. I do have skin cancer and I will require surgery. Dr N and her staff made sure I was able to get the medical care I need and not worry about racking up a huge amount of debt that I would never be able to pay. I can honestly say that this practice is filled with angels who truly care about their patients.

Dr. Mackay-Wiggan has been my dermatologist for six years. Throughout the years I have visited her office for routine dermatological matters. Most recently I saw her to discuss thinning hair that most often is associated with perimenopause. Dr. Mackay-Wiggan listened to my concerns and discussed the options that are available for women of a certain age who are experiencing hair loss.
